The George Inn

The George is the last of London's 17th-century galleried coaching inns, an historic landmark owned by the National Trust but still operated as a pub. It is full of character with rooms of various eras going back to the 17th century, some seating in the galleries, and a lot of outdoor seating. It is located near the River Thames near London Bridge and is the only surviving galleried London coaching inn. The building is listed Grade I on the National Heritage List for England, and is listed in the Campaign for Real Ale's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors.
